About job competitions
Internal and public job competitions have to be conducted in such a manner so as to enable the most competent people to fill executorial and appointed posts in public administration.
An internal job competition to fill executorial posts in ministries, bodies integrated within ministries, special organisations, services of the Government and support services of administrative districts is advertised by the Human Resource Management Service and conducted by a selection panel appointed by the head of the recruiting body.
The Human Resource Management Service advertises a public job competition in cases when an appointed post is filled by the Government; a selection panel for each individual case is appointed by the High Civil Service Council.
